1. Order Cancellation

a) Cancellation Before Shipping

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email or phone with your Order ID.
  • If the order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be initiated.

b) Cancellation After Shipping

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic and wellness products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
    • Product received is damaged
    • Product received is defective
    • Wrong product delivered

3. Return Request Process

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos or video of the damaged/incorrect product
  • Requests sent after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Once approved, return instructions will be shared.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned product.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time:
    • 5–7 working days after approval
    • Bank or payment gateway delays may vary

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or seal-broken products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Orders placed with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

7. No Guarantee of Results

  • Our products are Ayurvedic / herbal supplements.
  • Results may vary from person to person.
  • Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results or effectiveness.

8. Refusal of Refunds
